After a refreshing swim, a Finnish sauna (90 °C), a sanarium (60 °C) and two steam baths (45 °C / 55 °C) invite you to enjoy a healthy and relaxing sweat. And in the relaxation room right next door, you can close your eyes and feel yourself returning to your inner centre. A pleasure for all the senses. Our saunas and steam baths are open daily from 16:00. If you would like to use them earlier, please inform our team at the hotel reception.
The fitness area with cardio and strength equipment will whet your appetite for an endurance programme. Power yourself up on the cross trainer or use the open space for functional training.
Our yoga and Pilates courses are suitable for beginners, those who want to try it out and, of course, experts. Courses that move gently, harmonise the entire organism and provide guidance for strengthening new vitality. Through their inner-centredness, they form a levelled path that leads you to inner peace. At the same time, you train your body and strengthen your mindfulness. Our course programme is included for hotel guests.
