In our restaurant Holstein's we serve dishes for small and large appetites. Choose from a varied menu with regional, seasonal, vegetarian and vegan options. Experience culinary delights in a beautiful ambience and with a marvellous view of the Baltic Sea, which is always included!
 
Note for dog owners: Out of consideration for our other guests and for reasons of hygiene, dogs are not permitted in Holstein's restaurant. The only exception is the restaurant terrace in summer. Alternatively, we serve our menu seven days a week, daily from 06.00 pm, in the Seven C's restaurant. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends here. We thank you very much for your understanding and consideration.

The stylish and maritime hotel bar Seven C's Bar is one of the best addresses in Lübeck during the day and in the evening to enjoy a fine single malt, a delicious cocktail or a freshly tapped beer with a view of the Baltic Sea. Every day at Seven C's from 14:00 - 17:00 you can enjoy our sweetest offer, the ‘Sweet Temptation’ (consisting of 1 piece of cake or gateau from our own patisserie and a hot drink of your choice)!
 
In addition, we serve dishes for small and large appetites from our kitchen every day from 18:00 - 21:30 (last time to order). In summer, the terrace of Seven C's and Seven C's Bar, with its view over the hotel garden, with its cosy lounge furniture and beach chairs, makes you want to relax and socialise with a sea view. You can look out over the Bay of Lübeck, watch the big ships sail in and out or gaze up at the starry night sky.

The EISDIELE team will spoil you every day from 12:00 am to 18:00 pm (even longer on nice summer evenings). In addition to ice cream, you can also enjoy hot drinks and a small selection of cakes and waffles. The mint green interior and the nostalgic black and white pictures on the walls are reminiscent of a traditional Italian ice cream parlour.
