Frankfurt's popular Old Town is located around the imperial cathedral of St Bartholomew with its Renaissance frescoes. Stroll along the half-timbered and gabled houses and discover the Römer, Frankfurt's town hall on the Römerberg. The charming cafés and restaurants invite you to take a break and savour the culinary delights of the region.
The Goethe House, where the famous poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was born, is located in Frankfurt city centre. Today it is a museum and gives visitors an insight into the life and work of Goethe and a Frankfurt town house in the 18th century.
Frankfurt's Goethe House is connected to the German Romanticism Museum, so that both museums can be visited with one admission fee.

The skyscraper is one of the landmarks of the city of Frankfurt am Main. It was completed in 2000 and is the fourth tallest building in Frankfurt with a height of around 200 metres.
The MAIN TOWER has a public viewing platform that offers visitors a breathtaking view of the Frankfurt skyline and the surrounding countryside.

The Museumsufer is known for its many museums, which are lined up along the riverbank and exhibit a wide range of art and culture.
A variety of events and exhibitions take place throughout the year. These include special exhibitions, concerts, readings and guided tours, offering visitors the opportunity to delve even deeper into the world of art and culture.
This special place offers a marvellous view of the Frankfurt skyline and is a popular spot for walks and picnics.
