We have the right setting for your requirements! The flexible design of our function rooms and the spacious external facilities of the Bremen racecourse offer space for a huge variety of possibilities.

Are you planning an in-house trade fair or a car presentation? Are you looking for somewhere to hold concentrated seminars or for an incentive in our exclusive beer garden / winter market? We look forward to bringing these ideas, as well as many others, to life together with you!

Conference packages

Everything taken care of – Our conference packages offer you a set price and budget security. Besides our ATLANTIC Breaks and energy-boosting lunch buffets, our conference packages also provide the technology and equipment that you need for your event. In addition to the fees for the conference packages, we charge a per-day preparation fee that depends on the size of the function room.

We look forward to helping you prepare an individual arrangement to suit your needs.

Our "classic" or "large" conference packages include the following for each coffee break

Filter coffee and a ALTHAUS tea selection*
A snack with 3 components for selection, such as: Fit and vital, e.g. yoghurt, muesli bars and vegetable sticks, rustic, e.g. mini meatballs and cornichons, half-rolls with hearty toppings*

All prices are per person and incl. applicable VAT.

Conference package - future

Enjoy our future package with freshly brewed filter coffee and an exquisite selection of ALTHAUS teas. Indulge in our seasonal and regional brain food snacks, both savoury and sweet. We also serve seasonal or regional fruit salad in a jar - perfect for a healthy and delicious break.

Our ATLANTIC Lunch - Look forward to a vegan or vegetarian snack, carefully selected by our chef to provide you with a delicious and sustainable lunch.

Refresh yourself with our water carafes, which are refined with different flavours such as lemon, orange or cucumber/mint. Both still and sparkling water and apple juice are available. We also offer unlimited filter coffee in the event room. We provide pads and pens for your notes (on request due to sustainability).

This conference package includes:

You will find sustainable leisure activities right on the doorstep of the racecourse: jogging, walking or cycling on the WeserRadWeg - there are great opportunities for leisure or team activities.

With our Green Sign certification, we are an excellent partner in the area of sustainability. Other amenities include the Deutsche Bahn event ticket and 4 e-charging stations.
