Conference packages

Our conference packages include standard technology, conference drinks, lunch or snacks and coffee breaks. The flat rates apply to groups of 10 or more.
All prices quoted are per person and include VAT at the current statutory rate.

Please note that the conference packages do not include the room set-up costs (incl. energy flat rate) for our conference and event rooms (see “room costs”).

This conference package includes:

Standard equipment: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 flip chart, 1 bulletin board, 1 presenter kit, paper and pens in the room
Unlimited large bottles of mineral water and apple juice in the event room
A mid-morning coffee break with:
Filter coffee, speciality coffees, a selection of ALTHAUS teas and a snack
Lunch as a seasonal buffet or a 3-course menu as recommended by our head chef (depending on attendance) incl. mineral water (still & sparkling)
