Conference packages

Our conference packages include standard technology, conference drinks, lunch or snacks and coffee breaks. The flat rates apply to groups of 10 or more.
All prices quoted are per person and include VAT at the current statutory rate.

Please note that the conference packages do not include the room set-up costs (incl. energy flat rate) for our conference and event rooms (see “room costs”).

This conference package includes

A welcome coffee with coffee specialities* and a selection of ALTHAUS teas
A coffee break in the morning with:

- A refreshing and fruity snack as recommended by the kitchen
Lunch as a seasonal lunch buffet or 2-course menu as recommended by the kitchen including one non-alcoholic cold drink per person
Unlimited non-alcoholic conference drinks in the event room
ATLANTIC Break in the afternoon:
- Coffee specialities* and a selection of ALTHAUS teas
- A savoury and sweet snack as recommended by the kitchen
Standard technology in the conference room included: projector, screen, flipchart, pin board, presentation case, pads and pens, WLAN

*For groups of more than 30 people, additional filter coffee.
