DECK 8 – the bar in Kiel

Visit DECK 8 – the bar, one of the most beautiful bars in northern Germany, with a magnificent view and the most delicious cocktails in town.

Enjoy drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
Please note that we do not accept table reservations for DECK 8.

We ask for your understanding that, in terms of our service quality, we are the entrance by have to drive on busy days.
This can be done by opening our bar only for our hotel guests or by charging an admission fee for external guests. 
We will inform you about this at the hotel entrance and via our telephone number
+49 (0) 431 37499-0. 
Your entrance ticket (currently € 5.00 per person) is available at the reception and does not include Seat claim.
It goes without saying that our hotel guests are exempt from this fee.
Please note that the last admission is 30 minutes before the bar closes.

Our bar team welcomes you from

  • Tuesday to Thursday from 6.00 pm to 12.30 am
  • Friday and Saturday from 6.00 pm to 1.00 am
  • The bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

In exceptional cases, there may be deviations in opening hours.

We kindly ask you to dress „smart casual“.

That means: Almost everything is allowed, considering that we aren’t a beach bar. Please don’t  wear sweatpants, shorts or flip-flops.
